PickleCon is a fully inclusive pickleball experience designed for all ages and skill levels. It brings together tournament play, camps and clinics, a convention, and social activities—all in one place—to offer something for everyone.
All tournaments and clinics will be played on PickleRoll or Pickleball United courts, while open play and other activities may be played on a mix of court surfaces to provide attendees the chance to experience different surfaces.
No need to bring your own—balls are supplied for every tournament, clinic, skills challenge, and open play session.
Players are encouraged to bring their own pickleball paddles; however, if you’re new to the game or just joining for the day or weekend, a limited number of demo paddles will be available in the Vendor Village.
The event is currently held inside the Kansas City Convention Center/Bartle Hall 301 West 13th Street, Suite 100, Kansas City, MO 64105
We encourage attendees traveling to PickleCon to explore the wide range of hotel options available throughout the Kansas City area, many located just minutes from the convention center. With a variety at different price points and offering multiple amenities, participants can easily find the accommodation that best fits their needs. All partner hotels can be accessed through the Lodging tab on the PickleCon website.
The Player Access Pass grants entry into the facility—including vendors, panel discussions, skills challenges, and more—and is required for anyone wishing to participate in open play. All attendees must have this pass to access the escalators and enter the event floor.
Absolutely! PickleCon brings a variety of events together under one roof, so you can jump from tournaments to clinics, panels, and more throughout the multi-day experience. While a few entertainment activities may have an extra fee, your Access Pass opens the door to the event floor, open play, and nearly all the action.
Refunds are available until June 22, 2026, subject to a 20% processing fee. After this date, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
